THE CENTER FOR AFRICAN BIBLICAL STUDIES FALL BIBLE CLASS REGISTRATION

START PRAYING NOW!! Get yourself prepared for Fall Classes by praying for discernment regarding which class(es) you should enroll in to increase your knowledge in the Word of God.  Bible study is a requirement of a Christian and it is only through knowing and understanding God's Word will you be transformed to be used by God.

The Center for African Biblical Studies facilitates the Adult Bible Study program, which is unlike most churches.  Bible classes are now offered four times a year in the Fall (Sept-Nov.), Winter (Jan-Mar) and Spring (May - June) Summer (July-Aug)  Our classes are 8 weeks and registration occurs two weeks prior to the first day of class.

How can you get involved in Bible Study?  Here are the ways to register:

In Person:  During Registration Sundays (Sunday, September 15 and September 22nd), you will find the CFABS table in the Atrium or Narthex after all three services available for in person registration. Come meet and greet facilitators and learn more about classes being offered at the registration table!

Online:  Online registration is available via the website, www.trinitychicago.org or the Trinity app on your smartphone

In Class:  You can always show up to your class and register with your facilitator.                   Pre-registration is encouraged, but NOT required.

We look forward to seeing you this Fall!  If you have any questions, please feel free to call the office at 773-966-1578 or email at dbrown@trinitychicago.org.

Welcome to the Center for African Biblical Studies!  We are excited to launch our blog, which is our sacred space to speak upon African centered Bible classes and learning.  Trinity United Church of Christ has been the trailblazer of instituting, designing, and implementing an intentional adult bible study program to fit the needs of the community in understanding our African Heritage in the context of biblical study.

We will begin the 3rd quarter (2019 ) classes within the Center for African Biblical Studies which include Experiencing God, Understanding the Word of God, Applying the Word of God through the Trinity, Servant Leadership and Topic-Specific Bible Classes which are in alignment with the vision for Trinity UCC with the focus on; "Faithful Servants, Serving a Faithful God: To Whom Much is Given, Much is Required!"
